Transaction Volume: District expects up to 65% of customers to use the system, resulting in an estimated 2,500 transactions per year; dollar volume per transaction varies greatly, for the purpose of the RFP, please assume annual transaction dollar volume of $5 million. As a customer facing user interface solution, bidders should propose a system that is user-friendly, easy to use, easy to maintain, multi-lingual, and compatible with most common devices and operating systems as well as ADA Compliant (WCAG 2.0 or higher).
