The scope of work under this contract shall consist of grid tree pruning and on-call tree trimming, tree removal, and stump grinding in various locations throughout the City of East Palo Alto, as needed. Services include pruning of City-owned trees, including those in parks and public spaces. A list of trees for service will be provided by the City based on: 1. City inspections 2. Resident requests 3. Traffic clearance needs 4. Storm damage 5. Emergency situations Work locations may include, but are not limited to, residential front yards (where trees are City-owned), park trees, parkways (area between sidewalk and curb), medians, and streetscaped areas. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or any portion thereof. Unless otherwise specified, the Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals required to complete the work as outlined in the agreement.
