The City is soliciting bids from highly qualified contractors (hereinafter Contractor) to provide oncall services for sports court resurfacing and repair for the City’s park system (hereinafter Project). The general scope of services shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, appurtenances and incidentals for re-coating of sports courts, including but not limited to tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts and handball courts in accordance City of Tracy standards. Work shall eliminate all cracks and surface deterioration to bring the courts to like-new conditions. Work may include the removal and replacement of the existing surface, installation of new surfacing, striping, sanding and repainting, and minor repairs and refurbishment of existing and associated hardware, equipment, furnishings, and fencing (ex: securing existing fencing to the existing post) (Services)
