Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. The Contractor will be required to perform routine and emergency snowplowing and emergency road maintenance services on roads within the Districts assigned. Typical minimum snow accumulation for activation of plowing will be 2-3 inches. b. Contractor shall have the required equipment for snow removal as listed in Exhibit C in sufficient condition, number, and size along with sufficient experienced and appropriately licensed personnel to perform snowplowing operations to maintain appropriate snow levels and as directed. In some cases, equipment may need to be parked and available within a specific Districts during anticipated snow season. This equipment shall be used primarily for Districts and County roads and will receive priority snow removal services over any other contracts.
