The Contractor shall provide comprehensive services for the maintenance, repair, and replacement of garage doors, gates, and related operating systems at City facilities, including the following: • On-Call and Emergency Services: Provide on-call repair and emergency support for all covered systems, ensuring rapid response to minimize downtime. • Equipment Coverage: Service and maintain overhead doors, rolling steel doors, swing and sliding gates (manual or motorized), operators, controls, and all associated safety devices. • Corrective Repairs: Perform necessary repairs and replace defective components with parts of equal or superior quality. • Emergency Response: Offer 24/7 emergency response for access-critical failures, with response within 2 HOURS. • Installation and Replacement: Provide installation or replacement of doors and gates when existing units are beyond repair. • Compliance: Ensure all work meets manufacturer standards and complies with OSHA, UL 325, NFPA 80, and all applicable codes. • Qualified Personnel: Maintain a team of licensed, certified, and experienced technicians with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
