a) A wide range of tasks associated with Roadway Construction Services should be expected. The Consultant shall perform and have the expertise, capability, and equipment necessary to perform the scope of work for this Contract (“Scope of Work”). b) The potential Construction Projects may vary in scope and size and may encompass any type of improvement for the State transportation system including, but not limited to, roadway rehabilitation, widening and/or realignment of existing facilities, relocation of existing facilities, and construction of new facilities. The specific details on Construction Project location, Construction Project limits, purpose, expected results, Construction Project deliverables, period of performance, Construction Project schedule, and services to be performed shall be described in each Task Order. c) Pursuant to an authorized Task Order, the Consultant shall provide Roadway Construction Services within the geographical jurisdiction of this Contract set forth in “Location of Work” Section, and all necessary personnel, material, transportation, lodging, instrumentation, and the specialized facilities and equipment necessary to satisfy all appropriate agencies and required to assure compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and local statutes, laws, codes, regulations, policies, procedures, ordinances, standards, specifications, performance standards, and guidelines, applicable to the Consultant's services and work product...
