1. Right of Way Acquisition Consultant(s) Proposers should have experience performing the following: • Consult with authorized employees, agents and representatives of the County and other agencies having jurisdiction relative to an assigned project. • Attend project meetings and/or public outreach meetings as scheduled by the County. • Prepare acquisition instruments (right-of-way deeds, permanent easements and temporary interests). • Prepare offers and right-of-way purchase and sale agreements to acquire the desired property interest. • Subject to County oversight, meet and negotiate with property owners • Provide relocation services (if applicable for the specific project) 2. Appraiser Consultant(s) Proposers should have experience performing the following: • Consult with authorized employees, agents and representatives of the County and other agencies having jurisdiction relative to an assigned project. • Attend project meetings as scheduled by the County. • Review and interpret appraisal maps/right of way maps, legal descriptions and plat maps for acquisitions (including but not limited to, fee and permanent and temporary easements) or dispositions.
