The Peninsula Corridor Joint Powers Board (“JPB” or Agency”), is seeking proposals from qualified firms (Proposers or Consultants) to provide On-Call Rail Systems Engineering Business Operations Support Services (“Services”) as delineated herein. This scope encompasses a broad spectrum of systems, spanning rail vehicle onboard systems, back-office system applications, wayside systems, and their associated communication and network infrastructures. Consultant shall provide technology and management services related to the planning, designing, implementation, operations, maintenance and management of various railroad system initiatives. Consultant shall be able to provide technical and functional support in sufficient depth to meet the Agency’s project requirements.
