The City of Redlands (hereafter "City") is soliciting proposals from qualified Landscape Architecture firms to provide on-call professional services on an as-needed basis. The City anticipates contracting with three 3 to five 5 firms to establish a pool of pre-qualified consultants for a three-year term. These on-call services will support various City divisions and projects, including but not limited to Parks, Medians, Landscape Districts, Cemetery, and City Services facilities. The primary objectives of this On-Call Services Agreement are: • To secure highly qualified and experienced Landscape Architecture firms to provide professional services efficiently and effectively. • To establish a flexible mechanism for obtaining specialized expertise for various landscape architectural projects without the need for individual solicitations for each task. • To ensure timely completion of projects and provide high-quality design solutions that enhance the City's public spaces and infrastructure.
