The Landscape Architectural Consultant (Consultant) shall provide landscape architectural design services, including but not limited to, the design of parkway and median landscapes, design of landscapes around public buildings, design of public parks, design for playgrounds including surfaces and playground equipment layout, conduct public engagement to communicate the project proposals to neighborhood council and residents, review and provide recommendations for landscape standards, feasibility/concept plan studies and recommendations; preliminary design reports; hiring and managing applicable subconsultants and engineering disciplines as required; preparation of construction plans, specifications and estimates (opinions of construction cost); research of utilities and other records; and such other services as may be required by the CITY.
