This Request for Statement of Qualifications (“RFSOQ”), is issued by the San Joaquin Hills Transportation Corridor Agency and the Foothill/Eastern Transportation Corridor Agency (jointly referred to herein as “TCA” or “Agency”) to obtain Statements of Qualifications from firms interested in providing On-Call Lands Management Services (the “Services”) as more specifically described in Exhibit A to the Form of Contract (Section III). Contractor shall provide various services associated with the Agency's mitigation habitat maintenance programs along the roadway slopes, medians, plaza areas, and at offsite mitigation sites, pursuant to various resource agencies' permits and agreements or other miscellaneous requirements. The Agency prides itself in its commitment to excellence in its environmental mitigation management, including, but not limited to riparian, oak, woodland, coastal sage scrub habitats, and sensitive plant populations.
