1. Contractor shall provide on-call packing, removal and disposal of hazardous waste materials from City sites. Hazardous waste materials can include, but are not limited to, the following: a. Lead, alkaline, vehicle batteries b. Electronic waste c. Fluorescent lamps and bulbs d. Various types of paint e. Various types of oils f. Various types of adhesives g. Various types of solvents h. Various types of combustible fuels i. Pressurized cylinders of various gases j. Fire extinguishers k. Mattresses I. Small and large appliances m. Household cleaners n. Herbicides and pesticides o. Unknown substances 2. Contractor shall load within fifteen (15) working days of request by the City any or all of the wastes stored at a City facility. Contractor shall immediately transport them to appropriate waste management facilities for reuse, recycling, treatment, or disposal until the waste is no longer classifiable as hazardous or until the waste reaches final disposition.
