The services include but are not limited to as-needed minor construction and/or emergency repair services, including general contractor services, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, locksmith, gate and door repair, and indoor painting. The contractor will provide a description of the contractor’s area of expertise. The RFP includes several trades areas which are commonly utilized by the City. These identified maintenance service areas are not intended to be all inclusive but rather a general listing of the most common maintenance areas requiring routine and frequent maintenance and repair. Also, it shall be noted that certain maintenance may require scheduled preventive maintenance work. The maintenance categories below are representative of the work solicited in this RFP: • Minor Construction • Plumbing All General Contractor services including but not limited to: • Concrete and Masonry • Painting • Drywall • Carpentry • Electrical • Roofing Repair • Door Repair • Flooring • Asbestos and Mold Remediation • Board-up service Additionally, during declared emergencies the Contractor shall provide and maintain services on a twenty-four (24) hour a day, seven (7) days per week bases, including holidays or as otherwise communicated to contractor by the City designee.
