establish an on-call list of qualified full service environmental consulting firms. These full service firms must possess a strong team of technical specialists or sub consultants that are equipped to assist the City in the preparation of environmental documents for future projects. These projects may include private and public development projects, capital improvement projects (CIPs); as well as, other City initiated projects (i.e. infrastructure projects, roadway improvement projects, affordable housing and recreation/park projects) along with special projects initiated by grant funding. In addition, the consulting firms may be requested to review technical environmental documents/reports prepared by others. The City is seeking full service environmental consulting firms that have the breadth and expertise in complying with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA); as well as, other applicable state and federal environmental laws and regulations.
