Traffic Signal Repairs: Includes troubleshooting malfunctions, fixing cabinet or communication issues, replacing components, and coordinating with utilities. 4. Street Lighting Maintenance: Covers repair/replacement of fixtures, photocells, poles, wiring, and foundations, plus fault detection and lighting upgrades. 5. Emergency Response: 24/7 availability for outages, knockdowns, and hazards, with a 2-hour emergency and 24–48 hour routine response time. 6. Preventive Maintenance: Scheduled inspections and functional checks of signalized intersections and lighting systems to ensure reliability. 7. Documentation: Contractor to provide detailed service reports per call and monthly summaries of completed and pending work.
