Specifications include, but are not limited to: The District occasionally requires the assistance of local contractors/businesses to assist the District’s water and electric utilities with infrastructure maintenance, construction, snow removal, hazardous waste remediation and other miscellaneous services. However, the need for these services cannot be reliably predicted. These services may be required for several reasons, including but not limited to; extreme snow conditions, lack of District resources, impact resulting from vehicle accidents, storm damage, failed electric distribution facilities, and other circumstances that may arise. The purpose of this agreement is to establish payment and other provisions between the District and Contractor necessary to perform these types of work. The Scope of services resulting from any and all circumstances will be determined by District personnel on a case-by-case basis and communicated to the Contractor verbally or in writing.
