Services shall include all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, delivery, insurance, traffic control, notifications, safety items, work site maintenance and cleanup, profit, overhead, incidentals and all other related expenses associated with the requested services as well as all re-work for rejected/unaccepted work as determined by the City. 1. Cracksealing (including cleaning and sealing of cracks ranging from ¼” to 1.5” and sealing cracks) 2. Preparation, installation, and completion of slurry sealing activities. 3. Pothole repairs. 4. All work involved in asphalt removal and disposal, and new asphalt placement and compaction. 5. Removal and replacement of sidewalks, curb and gutter, curb ramps, cross gutters, and driveways. 6. Miscellaneous excavation, fill, disposal, grading, and compaction. 7. Complete root removal and/or root barrier installation and/or tree removal. 8. Grinding removals of all striping, markings, and markers. 9. Layout and installation of striping, markings, and markers as required.
