The County desires to obtain the services of one or more outside organizations to assist with Electrical Engineering Services for maintenance and capital improvement projects for various occupancy group building uses, such as, but not limited to. • Assembly • Business • High Hazard • Institutional • Laboratory • Residential • Storage The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following. 1. Providing staff and services on an on-call, as-needed basis. 2. Provide electrical, instrumentation, and control design and/or construction management services for repair and replacement of County infrastructure. 3. Provide in-house or subconsultants for minor civil, structural, mechanical, asbestos and lead abatement, landscaping architecture, and pertinent code and industry certifications. 4. Provide the full range of engineering services including preliminary studies, interdepartmental and public agency outreach and coordination, drawings, specifications, estimates and other professional services.
