The Mayor’s Office seeks proposals from Proposers that will implement GRYD Gang Intervention services in the Olympic GRYD Zone. Proposers are strongly recommended to thoroughly read and review the GRYD Intervention Services Handbook (“Handbook”) which is attached as Exhibit S. The Handbook shall define the Scope of Work and deliverables for this project. Proposers responding to this RFP must present a proposal that closely adheres to the GRYD Comprehensive Strategy as outlined in the Handbook. The Contractor shall provide GRYD Intervention services to the number of participants identified in the City of Los Angeles GRYD Contract. Contractors that provide GRYD Gang Intervention services shall be responsible for the provision of intervention case management services, violence interruption activities, including proactive peacemaking/peacekeeping and incident response, participation in community engagement efforts, and support of GRYD initiatives as requested by the Mayor’s Office. A further explanation of the deliverables expected to be completed are in the Handbook. The policies and procedures in the Handbook may change during the contract term and will be addressed through communications with the selected Contractor’s Executive Directors and assigned staff personnel.
