County of Butte through its department of Employment ans Social Services, Adult Services Division is requesting proposals for Older Adult Housing and Lifeline Mitigation Program. The Older Adult Housing and Lifeline Mitigation Program is a new public service project to support the county’s vulnerable older adult population with safe and stable housing and disaster preparedness planning. The program is designed to offer one-on-one in-home support to older adults, targeting those in remote communities, areas with high fire risk, and communities impacted by recent disasters. This includes an assessment of risks, development of a personalized mitigation plan, and coordination of community resources to mitigate risks and support resilience
