Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Contractor shall perform various assembly and disassembly of furniture and/or lab equipment including reconfigurations, moves, additions, and changes on an as needed basis for the California Environmental Protection Agency (CalEPA). 2. Contractor shall provide assembly, disassembly, removal, relocation and/or reconfiguration of modular systems furniture (MSF) as required. 3. Contractor shall provide repairs to locks and locking mechanisms on modular and conventional furniture. 4. Contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, materials and supplies including but not limited to: boxes, tools, panel carts, hand trucks, pallet jacks, moving dollies, library carts, totes, and any equipment necessary to perform services. In addition, Contractor shall provide supervision, and pay all taxes, insurance, bond, license(s), permit fees, and other costs incidental to perform moving services. 5. Contractor shall brace, bolt, hang, or anchor freestanding shelving and files over 60-inches in height.
