A. The Contractor will provide in-person OT assessment, direct OT services, and OT consultation for CSDF student(s). OT is considered a related service as mandated in students’ Individual Education Programs (IEPs). Determination of which student(s) receive direct service or consultation is determined through occupational therapy assessment and the IEP process. B. Services will take place in person on the CSDF campus. In case of an emergency that prevents in-person instruction, services may take place remotely via phone or a distance learning, web-based, videoconferencing platform. C. The Contractor MUST commence services within two (2) weeks of the contract execution date (i.e., have a therapist(s) available to provide the services). D. The OT(s) must be able to perform the tasks associated with the scope of their license and certification. The Contractor agrees that OT(s) are required to render occupational therapy assessment and therapeutic services as described herein. 1. OT(s) must perform services in accordance with Federal and State laws and regulations and CSDF Policies and Procedures. Upon contract start date, the CDE Contract Monitor will provide the Contractor with CSDF Policies and Procedures.
