Contractor shall provide one or more of the following services: Outpatient Ambulatory Health Services, Oral Health Care, and/or Psychiatric Services. Services shall be consistent Practice Guidelines for the Care of Persons Living with HIV RWPC Contractor Resources (sandiegocounty.gov) 3.1.2. Initial appointments shall be scheduled within five (5) business days of first contact. 3.1.3. Outpatient Ambulatory Health Services. Services shall be consistent Practice Guidelines for the Care of Persons Living with HIV RWPC Contractor Resources (sandiegocounty.gov) 3.1.3.1. Contractor shall provide a range of primary care diagnostic and therapeutic services (Provider Handbook (sandiegocounty.gov), in accordance with the County of San Diego Ryan White Service Standards to improve health outcomes for people living with HIV. 3.1.4. Re-engagement in HIV Care 3.1.4.1. Contractor shall provide linkage and re-linkage services to patients: 3.1.4.1.1. Not having linked to care more than 30 days after HIV diagnosis 3.1.4.1.2. Falling out of HIV Care within the past 12 months; and/or 3.1.4.1.3. Not having achieved or maintained viral suppression. 3.1.5. Oral Health Services. Services shall be consistent with Practice Guidelines for the Care of Persons Living with HIV RWPC Contractor Resources (sandiegocounty.gov) 3.1.5.1. Contractor shall provide a range of Oral Health diagnostic and treatment services (Provider Handbook (sandiegocounty.gov), in accordance with the County of San Diego Ryan White Service Standards to improve health outcomes for people living with HIV. 3.1.6. Psychiatric Services. Services shall be consistent with Practice Guidelines for the Care of Persons Living with HIV RWPC Contractor Resources (sandiegocounty.gov) 3.1.6.1. Contractor shall provide a range of psychiatric diagnostic and therapeutic services (Provider Handbook (sandiegocounty.gov), in accordance with the County of San Diego Ryan White Service Standards to improve health outcomes for people living with HIV.
