The Department of General Services (DGS), Office of Training and Administrative Services (OTAS) is responsible for implementing and overseeing training courses, material, and certifications for approximately 4,000 employees. DGS is a diverse organization and is focused on improving training availability, education on critical topics, and supporting career advancement within 23 different programs located throughout California. The OTAS is seeking to procure annual subscription services licenses for Udemy Online Training Platform unlimited access to provide 4,000 DGS employees training on all current and new technology-based services available for state use. PROJECT SUMMARY The Contractor shall provide OTAS virtual access to the Udemy Online Training platform Enterprise-Wide edition. The eLearning material will need to be current and compliant with the general minimum requirements of DGS’ Learning Management System (LMS) (Cornerstone). All material should be professionally tailored for governmental employees into a Shareable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) package, be compliant with state/federal laws, and provide diversity, equity, and inclusion.
