Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor agrees to provide on-site services in the specialty of orthopedics for Porterville Developmental Center clients, as requested by the PDC Project Representative. Contractor will conduct up to, but not more than a total of 51 full clinics during the term of this Agreement. A clinic can range between 1-4 hours, dependent on needs. A clinic shall consist of in-person care of PDC clients by Contractor during any given day. Clinics to be scheduled at a time and frequency mutually agreed upon between Contractor and PDC Project Representative. No more than one clinic shall be charged for the same calendar day, regardless of time spent, number of clients seen, or frequency of visits during that day.
