Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall prepare and submit an Operations Plan to the Department for approval. The Operations Plan shall be submitted to the Department within two weeks from contract approval. The Operations Plan shall be updated every six months thereafter with revisions submitted for approval. The Operations Plan may be amendedmore frequently, at the discretion of the Contractor, by submitting a written revision to the Department for approval. The Department shall issue a notice of approval or disapproval within two weeks. If the Department disapproves the Operations Plan or revisions thereto, the Contractor shall resubmit within two weeks after receiving the Department's explanation of disapproval.
