Specifications include, but are not limited to: Twin Rivers USD is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide an online system of Professional Development as described herein. The District is seeking an experienced firm with curriculum offerings for teachers, administrators, para-educators, classified personnel, and management. Approx. 3,000 users will require access. Your solution must include, at a minimum, the following features and requirements: • Web-based Training • Self-paced curriculum for teachers, paraeducators, support staff / classified, administrators, substitutes, etc. • Curriculum topics to include, but not limited to: o Assessment o Autism Disorder o Behavior Management o Character Education o Classroom Management o English Language Learners o Inclusion o Instructional Effectiveness o Social Emotional Learning o Special Education o First Aid / Emergency o Confidentiality o Reading, writing, and math o Responding to Difficult Parents • Authors of the curriculum must be provided, area specialists are preferred • Course lists with objectives must be provided • System access for all District users (Classified, Management, Certificated, etc.) • Dashboard views for administrators and users. Dashboard views should show training progress and curriculum completed. • Reporting capabilities for system administrators • Initial set-up of all users • Training for all system administrators • Technical support for all users and system administrators. Support is expected to be available Monday thru Friday, starting no later than 7 a.m. and ending no earlier than 6 p.m. PST • The system must have single sign-on integration capabilities
