. 7.0 Scope of Work 7.1 Anticipated Scope of Work The Contractor shall provide On-Call Specialty Utility Support Services to the Truckee Donner Public Utility District (District) as needed throughout FY26. Services shall be performed in areas of the District’s service territory that are inaccessible with District-owned equipment and shall include, but are not limited to, the following: Excavation Services • Provide excavation support for installation or replacement of utility infrastructure in difficult terrain. • Ensure proper shoring, grading, and backfilling to meet safety and regulatory standards. Anchor Installation • Install anchors for poles, guy wires, and other support structures as required. • Perform work according to District specifications and engineering plans. Pole Setting and Replacement • Set new utility poles and replace existing poles as required. • Ensure alignment, stability, and compliance with District and industry standards. Emergency and Maintenance Support • Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely manner. Page 3 • Support scheduled maintenance activities in areas that cannot be accessed with District equipment. Safety and Compliance • Perform all work in compliance with applicable safety regulations and District standards. • Maintain a safe work environment for all personnel and the public. Coordination and Reporting • Coordinate with District staff regarding work schedules, site access, and project requirements. • Provide documentation of work completed, including location, dates, and any issues encountered. Additional Requirements • The Contractor shall provide the labor, equipment, materials as requested, and supervision necessary to complete the requested services. • The details of the services requested are set forth in Exhibit B. 7.2 Work to be Performed by the District • Provide access to all facilities and crew support at the Districts discretion. 7.3 Site Condition/Clean Up Proposer shall be responsible for pick-up and removal of equipment and restore the site in the same or better condition as when they arrived.
