Metropolitan requires the services of Consultant(s) to provide research services to support public outreach, communications, and engagement on an on-call basis. A complete description of the scope of work is provided in Section 2. Other Details Respondent must meet the following minimum qualifications. Respondent's SOQ will be deemed non-responsive to the extent that it does not meet the minimum qualifications. 1. Respondent's key personnel shall have a minimum of five (5) years' experience in providing the type of services specified under this RFQ. 2. Respondent shall have at least one established office in California. 3. Respondent shall have provided research services to support public outreach, communications, and engagement for at least one public agency in California within the past five (5) years.
