Under the direction of the City Manager and/or the City Manager’s designee, the following specialties are requested, this list is meant to be illustrative not comprehensive based on specific project needs: • Planning and Analysis – Site analysis, feasibility studies, master planning for parks, open space, and civic facilities, land use and zoning review, base map preparation, utility planning, and community revitalization planning. • Design and Renovation – Design and planning for parks and recreation facilities, streetscapes and corridors, and civic spaces; implementable design kits; irrigation design; landscape and planting plans; and habitat restoration planning and management. • Project Development – Conceptual and alternative designs, preparation of construction documents, cost estimating, bid preparation with technical specifications, and development of graphic renderings and presentation materials.
