The Consultant shall provide construction management services on an as-needed, on-call basis for projects to be determined during the term of the agreement. The scope of work for this contract will vary and will be requested on a task order basis as needed, at the City's discretion. The Consultant will provide services for various projects at the request of City staff. The work may include the following: • Oversee construction and post-construction • Regular communication with City staff regarding projects. • Attend project meetings and prepare meeting agendas and action items. • Coordination with engineering consultants, other agencies, and utility companies. • Development and maintenance of project schedules • Coordinating contractors and subcontractors, ensuring construction quality, safety, and keeping the project on schedule and within budget.
