II. SCOPE OF SERVICES i. Scope: The scope of work under this contract may include but not be limited to the following: INDUSTRIAL HYGIENE SERVICES 1. Asbestos, lead, mold and other hazardous materials sampling, investigation, or survey 2. Asbestos and Lead Operations and Maintenance Plan Development 3. Lead and/or asbestos abatement project management 4. Air sampling, indoor air quality surveys, noise monitoring 5. Industrial Hygiene assessments, inspections and consultations ranging from the pre-design phase to construction. 6. All work will be performed in accordance with accepted industrial hygiene and/or professional engineering practices in compliance with all regulations, laws, licenses, permits or ordinances. 7. The Contractor will provide a written report for each project. For example, a hazardous material survey would include the following: i. A description of the field activities, observations, and sampling protocols; ii. Written description of locations, type, and condition of the assessed hazardous materials; iii. Tabulated results of the sampling and analysis; iv. A map indicating building materials, ACM and LBP sample locations and estimates of ACM and LBP quantities; v. A discussion of applicable Federal, State, and local regulations; vi. Conclusions and recommendations concerning the assessed hazardous materials associated with the building.
