The PORT invites qualified firms, or teams of firms, to interview for an opportunity to provide services related to Owner’s Representation Services IDIQ. The PORT intends on issuing one (1) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract as a result of this solicitation. The Consultant will interface with PORT staff throughout the planning process and will act as an Owner’s Representative and coordinate with tenants, developers, general contractors, and other groups throughout the design, permitting and construction process. The Consultant will assist the Port with ground lease reviews, development agreement reviews, construction drawing reviews, other Port contract and document reviews, as well as assisting with resolving design and construction related issues between the Port and developers, contractors, ground lease tenants, and/or other groups.
