Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Routine Service of City Generated Waste: Contractor shall provide on-going (routine) packing, removal and disposal of waste materials from City sites. Contractor shall load within twenty (20) working days of request by the City any or all of the wastes stored at a City facility. Contractor shall immediately transport them to appropriate waste management facilities for reuse, recycling, treatment, or disposal until the waste is no longer classifiable as hazardous or until the waste reaches final disposition. 2. Waste Sorting and Handling: a. On-site waste segregation will be performed within the categories required by Department of Transportation (DOT) Standard Operating Procedures including the sorting, consolidation and packaging of wastes into categories required by DOT regulations. b. The Contractor shall prepare any waste profiles necessary for disposal with City final review and approval and allow the use of generic profiles for lab packs.
