The Districts is seeking qualifications and proposals from experienced and capable firms to provide on-call graphic design and creative communication services for the Los Angeles County Sanitation Districts (“Districts”). The selected firm(s) will support the Districts’ public information, education, and outreach efforts by developing high-quality print, digital, and multimedia materials that effectively communicate District programs, initiatives, and services to the public. The Districts anticipate awarding one or more on-call agreements for an initial term of one (1) year, with an estimated total contract amount of $60,000. The Districts may, at their sole discretion, extend the agreement for one additional year. The Districts make no guarantee, expressed or implied, regarding the total amount of work that may be assigned under the resulting agreement(s). Services will be requested on an as-needed basis and may vary in complexity, volume, schedule, and scope. The Districts seek firms with demonstrated experience in graphic design, creative development, multimedia production, and related communication activities within a public-sector, educational, or community-focused context
