Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.2.1 The Riverside County Transportation Commission (Commission) isdeveloping a list of pre-qualified consultants for On-Call Goods MovementSupport Services. The pre-qualified consultants will supplement the work ofthe Goods Movement Manager in accordance with the specificationspresented below.1.2.2 As support needs arises, the Commission will develop a brief scope of workand select a consultant from the list of bench consultants depending on thetype of support needed and the qualification of the firm. The selectedconsultant will respond by providing information about the level of effortrequired to perform the required services. This will be documented on a pre-approved Contract Task Order (CTO). Rates and cost for each CTO will bein accordance with rates indicated in the price schedules. Upon approval bythe Commission's Goods Movement Manager, a CTO will be issued on atime and expense basis. The consultant will be required to commence workwithin five days or sooner after receiving a fully executed CTO.
