The selected firm shall provide the District with professional services and dedicated personnel to perform the following tasks: Private Development Plan check, primarily sewer plans, structural design/calculations, certificate of elevation, construction erosion control plans, C.3/C.6 plan review, BMPs, SWPPPP, and other NPDES regulatory compliance for construction. Map Check, including parcel/tract maps, tentative maps, boundary determinations, certificates of compliance, public and private easements review, and any other related map review. Review of environmental and technical documents, such as geotechnical investigations, hydraulic analysis, water supply assessments, and traffic impact analysis, among others. Inspection services, including public improvements, grading, sewer lines & laterals, and NPDES, among others. Experience, including but not limited to, the following on an as-needed basis: o Consultation with other City departments o Site visits, attending development review meetings, and City Council meetings o Preparation of staff reports for review by advisory bodies and City Council
