The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment for electrical projects. Examples of services may include, but are not limited to, electrical system repairs, wiring and conduit installation or replacement, panel repairs or maintenance, lighting system repair or maintenance, troubleshooting, and the restoration of electrical features to improve safety, maintain functionality, and ensure code compliance. Calls for service shall vary based on the nature of the work required. There are no identified projects at the time of this proposal. The contractor shall: • Ensure all Electrical features and structures are safe, structurally sound, and visually consistent with municipal standards. • Perform timely repairs to damaged Electrical units. • Provide responsive, on-call support for Electrical work.
