Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Seaside is seeking proposals from muralists tosubmit a vibrant design welcoming visitors to the center and reflecting the Parks andRecreation Department activities, programs, and services to the community to be placedon approximately 9’Hx15’L interior wall at the Oldemeyer Center.Artists who have experience designing and painting mural projects with a similar budgetand scope are encouraged to apply. The selected mural will be installed by the artiston an interior wall at the Oldemeyer Center located at 986 Hilby Avenue.Materials must be suitable for indoors, long-lasting, and resistant to scratches to thegreatest extent possible.
