The Work will consist of: Replacing nurse call system at O’Connor Hospital (OCH). 1. Remove existing nurse call systems, installation of a temporary wireless nurse call system while installing Rauland Responder 5 nurse call system. 2. Install Responder 5 components and cabling for a complete system including: code blue, staff assist buttons, restroom pull cords, dome lights, zone dome lights, master stations, duty stations and bed connections in all patient rooms and procedure rooms per drawings. 3. Provide all software and head end server equipment in each designated data center per drawings. Conduct testing and any remediations required for system activation. 4. Provide integrations to 3rd party Telephony systems (Vocera) (Epic Rover), Electronic Medical Record System (Epic), Fire Alarm smoke detectors and patient beds (Hill Rom). 5. Coordinate OSHPD/HCAI drawings and submittals with AOR Given Design Group. 6. Coordinate with County PM for communications to departments for all work. 7. Provide training and training material to staff and support teams. Complete replacement of low-voltage addressable nurse-call system devices as described in design documentation throughout the hospital facility. Work must be phased accordingly to allow patients and staff to continue to occupy spaces affected by work. Anticipated workflow is to advance Work by (3) patient rooms per day. Integration with existing Vocera and Healthlink (Epic Rover) systems. Scope of Work will be limited to Phase 1 which is Basement, First Floor and Fifth Floor.
