Task 1: Project Management The consultant will conduct a kick-off and bi-weekly project progress meetings, follow up with meeting minutes, prepare monthly status reports and invoices. Consultant will closely monitor project budget, labor hours expended, and schedule throughout the project. Consultant will perform internal quality assurance and quality control on all project work products. Task 2 – Pump Station Condition Assessment The Consultant will review as-built plans, operation and maintenance manual, and available operational data. The Consultant will conduct a site visit and meet with City utility staff and operators to provide an assessment to include issues associated with pump station maintenance, safety and operations. The Consultant will prepare a technical memorandum of the pump station condition assessment and Basis of Design Report with design recommendations.
