The requirement is for the procurement of software SME labor services to assist in system efforts of
software integration, cybersecurity, networking, capability demonstrations, enterprise expansion, and
cloud migrations.

evaluated to determine technical merit. Responses must be submitted in writing via email no later than

by the Government not to compete the requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the
discretion of the Government. Acquisition of Commercial Items under FAR Part 12 and Simplified
Acquisitions Procedures under FAR Part 13 apply.
