The Government intends to negotiate solely with Arnold Magnetics under the authority of
FAR 13.106-1(b), Only one source capable of meeting the Government's requirement.
FAR Part
13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR part 12 Acquisition of Commercial items,
applies. The applicable NAICS Code is 335999 and the business size standard is 600
employees.
This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source
believing
that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a quote which may be considered by the
Government. Comments, questions or concerns regarding this notice may be submitted
via e-mail

(PT).
All responses received before this date may be considered by the Government for the
purpose of determining
whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not

discretion of the
Government.
