Specifications include, but are not limited to: Whole Site Modernization project improvements at Linda Vista Elementary School include building repairs, new building systems, and site improvements. Building improvements include relocating the administration office, new interior finishes, replacing aluminum windows, kitchen modernization, and restroom renovations. New building systems include a public address system, new security cameras, new access controls system, and repair or replacement of deteriorating plumbing where needed. Site improvements include a new STEAM garden, new playground areas and play structures, fencing upgrades, and new landscaping along the main-entry street frontage. The intent of the project at Linda Vista Elementary is to fully remodel all classrooms and interior spaces, establish a new admin office, and create new exterior learning and play spaces.
