Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Project includes building a second Pick n Pack (PnP) area in the existing Supply Warehouse (7,720 sf) for packing paper Lottery tickets to be processed onto a conveyor and shipped via carrier. One section of the existing exterior storefront in this area will be replaced with a new stucco wall to match the existing concrete tilt wall. The Main Warehouse (28,112 sf) provides high pile storage for Class III non- encapsulated paper Lottery tickets. Contractor will procure and install new warehouse racking in the existing Auxiliary Warehouse (16,190 sf) located at the southwest section of the building between Grids A-C for approximately 950 pallet positions. The existing roof structure shall remain in place. New 6” rigid insulation will be installed under a new TPO roof system. New high efficiency heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment and curbs will be installed. The existing skylights will be replaced with new skylights and fall protection cages. A new remote station fire alarm system will also be installed. A portion of the site parking stalls will be re-striped and truncated dome mats installed. The existing security system will be upgraded in the Main Warehouse and Office Space as well as expanded into the Auxiliary Warehouse area. This will include the replacement and expansion of the legacy analog camera system to a new network IP camera system. The existing Access Control System will be cutover in the existing facility and expanded to the fire control room to accommodate new devices (enclosures will be provided by the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ). The existing network intercom system will be replaced and expanded into the Auxiliary Warehouse. A new network cabinet will be installed in the fire control room and interconnected to the existing telecom room. All structured cabling infrastructure and peripheral device installation will be provided by the Contractor. All programming will be performed by the California Lottery’s Emergency Management Physical Security (EMPS) engineering team. The EMPS engineering team will test and verify with the Contractor upon completion.
