The Project is located in Stanislaus County, California, north of the Oakdale City limits southeast of the intersection of Twenty-Six Mile Road and Frankenheimer Road, as shown in Figure 1 – Vicinity Map and Figure 2 – Site Map. The proposed project includes the installation of a photovoltaic solar system to offset a portion of the District’s energy usage across approximately fifty (50) PG&E service meters located throughout the District. The project will utilize the Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) Renewable Energy Self-Generation Bill Credit Transfer (RES-BCT) program available to local government agencies such as the District. The District has requested a Generating Facility (GF) interconnection to the PG&E distribution system in 2023 for a 500 KW photovoltaic GF (Solar System) to be located at the Project Site. The Solar System will be connected to PG&E’s Cottle 1702 3-phase, 3-wire distribution circuit. More details are included in Project Description Section 00-1 of the Bid documents attached.
