The Contractor shall provide the landfill dump site for non-hazardous dry loose and compacted garbage disposal. The times specified for garbage delivery and disposal may be extended at CDCRs discretion, for a reasonable period, when there is a delay in the Contractor's ability to provide landfill use services. In the case of unavoidable delays such as acts of God, fire, flood epidemics, quarantine restrictions, strikes, freight embargoes, or unusual action of the elements, the Contractor shall notify the Institution Contract Liaison or designee within four (4) hours from the beginning of any delay. The Contractor agrees to receive an estimated twelve (12) tons of non-hazardous dry loose and compacted garbage, and delivered to the Contractor's landfill dump site, up to two (2) times per day, three to four (3-4) days per week, including holidays. The landfill dump site must be within a thirty (30) mile radius of CMF.
