The City of Fresno is soliciting proposals for up to four (4) non-exclusive on-airport rental car concessions at Fresno Yosemite International Airport. This request is for a five (5) year agreement with one additional five (5) year optional extension for a possible total of ten (10) years. For incumbent proposers, if selected, a Restated Agreement for the Service Facility will be completed for a five (5) year term with one additional five (5) year term for a total of ten (10) years. For new entrant proposers, if selected, a new Agreement for the Service Facility will be completed for a five (5) year term with one additional five (5) year option for a total of ten (10) years. All Proposers must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience under the current business name of similar scope and size. The City may award concessions to up to three (3) most qualified and responsive Incumbent Proposers submitting the highest Incumbent Minimum Annual Guarantee (MAG) proposal amount for the First Agreement Year and up to one (1) most qualified and responsive New Entrant Proposer submitting the highest New Entrant Minimum Annual Guarantee (MAG) proposal amount for the First Agreement Year.
