Vendor will be responsible for facilitating the notarization of Form 602 No Trespassing letters on behalf of property owners/property managers/property tenants that have property possession, either virtually or in-person. The vendor must complete the notarization, collect payment directly from the property owner at a preapproved rate, and deliver the completed forms to the designated City department. The City will refer property owners/managers/tenants to the selected vendor(s) through an official City webpage. The intent is to streamline and automate the annual renewal process through a third-party provider that provides both a web-based portal and an in-person option for owners/managers/tenants the ability to complete Form 602 annually, have it notarized and transmitted to the City.
