A. The Contractor’s Security Patrol Service shall provide at least one (1) random nightly patrol of the DCSC campus, by vehicle where possible and on foot where vehicle access is limited. B. Patrol service shall occur nightly, seven (7) days a week. Each night, patrols will be provided randomly, between the hours of 10:00 pm and 5:00 am. C. Nightly patrol shall consist of a thorough check of the DCSC building and grounds, including entrances, gated areas, State vehicle parking lot, staff parking lots, flower beds, Campus Drive entrance and playgrounds, located at 4339 State University Drive, Los Angeles, CA 90032. D. If the Security Patrol Officer notices any signs of disruption, the Officer will immediately contact the California Highway Patrol (CHP) and the CDE Contract Monitor. The officer will remain on site until the disturbance is declared over and the facility has been cleared.
